Det henger jo ofte sammen de to tingene, s\u00e5 her tenkte jeg at jeg skulle komme med et forslag til alle som er litt \u201csjuklinger\u201d som meg, og de som kanskje bare vil ha en god trenings ide. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/pasjonforjul.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/p1000446.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"223\" kba=\"true\" src=\"http:\/\/pasjonforjul.se\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/p1000446-300x168.jpg\" width=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">(Bidle funnet p\u00e5 google)<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">Vannaerobic heter treningen, og det er en av de f\u00e5 tingene jeg klarer \u00e5 gj\u00f8re ordentlig (I alle fall for det aller meste). <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<\/span>Treningen foreg\u00e5r i oppvarmet vann (32-34 grader) og er iallfall der jeg er (TrimSwim<span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;\">) <span style=\"color: #333333;\">utarbeidet i samarbeid med fysioterapeuter, og er designet for oss med d\u00e5rlige kn\u00e6r, rygger etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\">Fordelen med Vannaerobic er at det ikke er belastende p\u00e5 ledd ettersom treningen foreg\u00e5r i vann som gir oppdrift, og da selvsagt mindre tyngde i alt du gj\u00f8r. Det gir ogs\u00e5 en helst annen motstand enn det en normal \u00f8kt med aerobic gj\u00f8r. Jeg kan i alle fall skrive under p\u00e5 at jeg ofte har kommet st\u00f8l p\u00e5 jobben en fredag etter trening, noe som er vondt, men s\u00e5 er det en grei vondt, fordi du vet den kommer av at du har brukt muskler!<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; Det er en av de f\u00e5 treningene jeg kan v\u00e6re med p\u00e5, og det er ingen tvil om at det fungerer.
